Easy Operation

ENERGEN generates steam at full pressure, within 2-5 minutes of switching on the boiler. The boiler stops and re-starts automatically, depending upon the steam demand; ensures substantial saving in fuel consumption.

Steam Purity

The Three-Pass double helical design of ENERGEN allows preheated feed water to flow downwards through the finned economiser banks and passes to the radiant steaming zone. An external Steam Separator ensures salt-free and moisture-free dry saturated steam.

Tube Condition Indicators

Fool-proof visual indicators give early warning of mismanaged feed water conditioning. In case of continued oversight or neglect, the boiler automatically trips.
